Smoothie recipe

2 cups of water
1 cup of pumpkin puree
1 ripe banana
5 pitted dates
2 tbsp. of peanut butter
2 tbsp. of ground flax seeds
2 tbsp. of soy protein powder
3 ice cubes
a dash of vanilla essence
3 packets of Sugar Twin

Blend 'em all at high speed until smooth. Serves 3.

Loaded with fruit,fibre,protein,good carbohydrates,calcium,and testoterone-building zinc!
